Purpose-driven real estate for Rwanda's future — created by Nova Power Rwanda Ltd.
DREAM HUB is a premier real estate development brand in Kigali, Rwanda, created by Nova Power Rwanda Ltd. Backed by an established international development group with decades of experience across residential, commercial and industrial projects, we bring proven expertise to one of Africa's fastest-growing capital cities.
Our mission is simple: redefine luxury through intelligent design, quality execution, and a commitment to building better environments for modern life — homes, offices and communities where Rwandans and international investors alike can thrive.
The milestones that shaped our group's legacy and led to the creation of DREAM HUB in Kigali.
Our parent group was founded with a mission to build quality, purpose-driven real estate — growing over the years into a diversified enterprise spanning development, construction and investment.
A series of large-scale European-style residential communities and innovation plazas were developed, totaling millions of square meters of thoughtfully designed living and working space.
Bringing two decades of development expertise to East Africa, Nova Power Rwanda Ltd was established in Kigali to create world-class real estate for Rwanda's future.
Our first signature development in Kigali — DREAM HUB Residences — sets new standards for elegance, comfort and smart living in the heart of Rwanda's capital.
To become East Africa's most trusted real estate developer — shaping Kigali's skyline with communities that elevate how people live and work.
To deliver intelligent design, quality execution and sustainable environments that create lasting value for homeowners, businesses and investors.
Integrity in every transaction, excellence in every detail, and a deep respect for the communities and environment we build within.
